I have been quite busy over the past few months. First of all I have built a website for my friend from scratch and I have just started working on my event manager, which is on version 2.

Back in 2009 I wrote a post on how to display twitter posts on your site. I went back to it recently and decided to tweak it further. As you see it is now updated to include ‘time since’ post. I recently updated to latest version of Linux Mint 8 and after installing Aptana, my favourite IDE, I noticed that my mouse buttons would not work when trying to click buttons. I tried re-installing the software and trying eclipse but it still didn’t work.

I have been searching for an Event Lister for a while now. I just wanted something simple and free. All I could find were gig organisers for bands or commercial scripts. That was up until I came across a Basic PHP Events Lister from Mevin.com
