AI is brilliant. It has saved developers time in mundane repetitive tasks such as rewriting functions to make them more readable or creating a colour palette for your new website. One of my favourite prompts is to explain a subject like I were five years old. It breaks it down into smaller, more readable chunks that make things more understandable.

However, vibe-coding is a trend where you write a sequence of instructions and the AI agent follows them to your specifications. For someone who understands web technologies, this can be another time saver. For those who are inexperienced, it can blow up in your face.

Whisper Small transcribes your speech, and the text is directly pasted into the app you’re using. It runs entirely on your machine with GPU acceleration when available. This app works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
